Rodrigo Landaverde is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the business world.  In the last year, he has founded two companies, and in May 2024, he was named the first East Coast representative of El Salvador’s version of the US Small Business Administration.  His dedication and commitment to promoting international trade between El Salvador and the United States reflect Rodrigo’s entrepreneurial spirit and vision for the future. 

 

Apart from his professional endeavors, Rodrigo Landaverde is also actively involved in community service and volunteer work. As the current president of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources, Montgomery County Chapter (IPMA-HR MCC), he leads efforts to support HR professionals through training and networking events. Additionally, he serves on the membership committee of the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC), playing a key role in fostering connections and opportunities for Hispanic businesses in the D.C. region.
