Dominik Lenikowski is a beverage consultant with fifteen years of operations and management experience in fast-paced, luxury bar and culinary settings. His expertise spans creative, operational, financial, and guest experience aspects of the hospitality industry. This has included the creative aspects of launching unique beverage programs from the ground up, training staff to provide a superior and nimble guest experience and guiding clients on achieving profit targets. His work includes brands such as The Doyle Collection and Michelin-starred Fiola da Fabio Trabocchi. His work has helped clients gain acclaim in the Washington Post, and Michelin Guide as well as earned clients Top 5 rankings on TripAdvisor. 


Since 2020, Dominik has partnered with industry-renowned chefs, operations & finance pros, wine & spirits experts, and marketing strategists to launch new beverage programs for clients in Washington, DC in a post-pandemic market. His work has enabled clients to not only adjust to market conditions and gain accolades but also increase profits on their beverage programs. Through a combination of strategic vendor relationships and deep product knowledge, he has worked to shrink beverage costs while improving both beverage product and experience. Dominik has a Master's degree focused in Political Science and Government from University of Gdansk.
