David “Dave” Roubie brings over 22 years of Food and Beverage experience. With a background in Hotel Food and Beverage, Dave has worked for such brands as Loews Hotels, Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, IHG, and Marriott Hotel and Resorts. He has been involved in both the opening of properties as well as the elevation of existing programs. His operational experience has touched all aspects of Food and Beverage operations from fine dining and banquets to beverage program implementation. He is a graduate of Longwood College and has a Master's Certification in revenue management from Cornell School of Hotel Administration. With a passion for education, he also has numerous other certifications centering on Food and Beverage and Revenue Management.

Since 2016, Dave has overseen the operation of the Tabard Inn, a Washington, DC institution for over 100 years. In addition, he is the President of Tabard Properties, a service-driven third-party management company that specializes in servicing exclusive properties in Washington DC. 

Dave is the current treasurer of the DC Night Life Council and a founding member and vice chair of the DC Service and Hospitality Advocacy Council, a service-driven advocacy group centered on the hospitality industry.
